The Bedrooms
The Nature Room
This expansive room is wrapped in a soothing hue of green. “Grasslands” is a color that evokes the gentle sweep of a prairie meadow, resulting in a space that feels both grounding and refreshing. Photo’s of floral and fauna line the walls, natural accents bring the outdoors in and nature inspired patterns soften the area, creating a welcoming and cozy retreat. This Primary Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, an En Suite with Walk-in Shower, Walk-in Closet and a Private deck for quiet moments.
The Ranch Room
A real saddle serves as the showpiece for this room, instantly setting the tone with rustic authenticity. The walls, appropriately painted “Rawhide Ranch”, provide the backdrop for the western themed art, photo’s and signage. From the ranch inspired patterns –think longhorns, tumbleweeds and silhouetted sunsets, on the bedding, to the Cowhide rug (though no cow died in the process!), this space pays homage to all the Cowboys and Cowgirls out there. This is a generously sized room with a Queen Bed and Twin Bunk Beds.
The Southwest Room
With an obvious nod to the Southwest, this room is also aptly named because of its’ location on the Southwest corner of the house. “Rusty Nail” is an Earthy, sun-baked adobe hue that sets the backdrop, and is accented with textiles in turquoise, terracotta and deep sunset gold. The desert feel continues to radiate throughout the rest of the decor, with photo’s capturing horseback riders trekking across the sand, and the beautiful red rocks of the Southwest. Cactus motifs found in metal art and knicknacks complete the look. This room mirror’s The Ranch Room with a Queen Bed and Twin Bunk Beds.
The Farm Room
Also know as the “Chick Inn”, the smallest of bedrooms, it’s feel is cozy and charming. “Barley” colored walls add warmth to the room, while the white trim and accents, add almost delicate touches, that soften its’ Country character. The “through the barn window” photo’s, “cribbed” horse stall board garment hanger and barnyard themed bedding bring us back to the Farm. The thoughtful positioning of the built in Full Bed is as inviting as it is picturesque – a sweet, comfortable cove.
Additional Information
Maximum 4 people per Bedroom with exception of The Farm Room Maximum of 2 people. Maximum Total Occupancy 14 people. Two night minimum stay with the exception of travelling with a horse.

Extra Bedrooms, and 2nd Floor Bath, if not being rented will be locked off.

Renters have access to Kitchen, Formal Dining Room, Living Room, Laundry room, Mudroom, Main Floor Powder Room and Solarium, Large Front Deck, Small Back Deck with Grill, and a generous expanse of Outdoor Space with a Fire Pit and over 80 acres of Mowed Recreational Trails.
A Damage Deposit ranging from 15-25% of the total booking fee, depending on length of stay, is required and will be refunded in full, following the guest’s departure, provided that no damages were incurred and that cleaning requires only reasonable effort.
